“Never Lift” – this legendary phrase comes from Sir Stirling Moss and literally means: “Never take your foot off the gas.” It The maxim is not to give in even in difficult situations – for example in fast corners, when overtaking or under pressure – but to keep your foot on the gas, even if it becomes risky.
As a philosophy It is more than a riding technique, but a life motto for ambition, perseverance and fearlessness. “Never lift” is Moss’ way of saying that you can only be at the top if you give your all and make no compromises.
