April 26, 1964: At the 48th Targa Florio at the Piccolo Circuito in Sicily, Ulf Norinder (with Picko "Per" Troberg) delivered a strong, error-free performance in the blue and yellow Ferrari 250 GTO with starting number 112. Despite a high retirement rate and changeable conditions, the Swedish duo brought the GTO to the finish line in 9th place overall – and also took second place in the GT 3.0 class.
